Katherine has nearly 30 years’ experience in all aspects of the Lettings Industry. She set up lettings at Purdie and Swan at the beginning of 2016 which has gone from strength to strength in an ever, competitive marketplace.
Having let or visited thousands of properties, she is able to give comparables for any property in the local area. She is a familiar face to many Winchester landlords and tenants, especially when out and about on her favoured mode of transport, her bike!
She has a highly efficient approach and very effective communication skills and her knowledge of property and the local area is second to none.
She can help in all aspects of lettings whether it is valuing your property, general lettings advice or assisting you purchase the right property to let where her knowledge of local properties is outstanding.

Kate is at the heart of the business and ensures that we deliver what we promise. There is always a warm welcome at our office and her strong communication skills are reassuring for both the Landlord and Tenant from the moment an offer is accepted all the way through to the move in.

Claire joined Purdie & Swan in the summer of 2021 as a Senior Property Manager.
She has been in the property industry for over 30 years. She moved to Hampshire in 2000 and started her own inventory business in 2001 whilst her family were growing up which she continued until 2017 when she returned as a Property Manager.
Her attention to detail and organisational skills are second to none and she has a very proactive approach to her role. Her sagacity and friendly nature ensures she builds on our ethos of a hands on approach and she is an incredibly welcome addition to the team.
Andrew is a well-known and highly regarded Chartered Surveyor and has been in practice in Winchester since 1978.
Whilst specialising in building surveys, particularly of period and listed properties, Andrew has also managed a number of property portfolios for clients and has been involved in both commercial and residential property since the start of his career.
His knowledge is second to none and his surveying has helped out with some more complicated issues that with his expertise he has been able to resolve.
